CONDITIONS OF THE AGREEMENT
Services provided by Desartlab can only be used according to the law. By consenting to these terms and conditions customer is obliged to pay the damages caused by improper use of the provided services by customer himself or any other party. Violation of this agreement may be judged upon only by Desartlab.
SAFETY
Desartlab assumes responsibility for rectifying any security issue, related to the services rendered. However, in case security issues are caused by customer’s installation of tools, scripts or software, provided by any other party, Desartlab disclaims all liability.
REFUSAL TO SUPPLY SERVICES
Desartlab reserves the right to deny services’ provision or to cancel services’ supply at its own discretion. Repudiatory breach of the agreement will lead to suspension or complete cessation of services’ provision. Services, cancelled in case of such violation will not be subject to refund.
Desartlab reserves the right to cancel services’ provision without refunding payments previously submitted by the customer, in case of short (over 5 business days) or long-term delay or interruption in the project’s development caused by the customer.
HIGH QUALITY GUARANTEE
Desartlab guarantees impeccable quality of its services. In case customer is dissatisfied with the services, provided by Desartlab he/she is entitled to services’ revision with further correction of the issues that customer deems necessary to be corrected.
CONFIDENTIALITY
Desartlab guarantees privacy of all sensitive information of its customers. This includes all information of the customer’s company (documentation, personal details of the employees, trade secrets). Both parties must keep sensitive information in confidence and must not disclose it without prior consent, directly or indirectly.
FORCE MAJEURE & DISCLAIMER
Desart lab will not be responsible for delay or inability to provide services in case such delay is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Such circumstances include floods, war, fire, riots, blackout, etc., that may cause the disruption or delay in work.
Customer agrees that Desartlab will not be liable for any damages (direct, indirect, collateral or other) if they result from: customer’s inappropriate use or inability to use services, provided by Desartlab, alteration of the project or services rendered by Desartlab at customer’s own discretion, or enlisting services of any other party.
